PANAMA RIPOFF REPORT has verified that there are numerous cases concerning the irregular issuance of undergraduate degrees in various areas of study by the formerly Universidad de la Paz, shut down in April 2012 by Panamanian President Ricardo Martinelli and Secretary of Education Lucy Molinar. Among such irregularities is the following degree pertaining to a Ms. MARIAM REYES ARIAS, a naturalized panamanian with ID N-19-1432.
